WHAT IS THE VON FLU IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM?
A VON Registered Nurse or a specially trained
Licensed Practical Nurse can perform flu vaccinations on your
premises during your hours of operation; a minimum of 10 participants
are needed to book a clinic.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY FLU CLINIC?
- Find out how many are interested
-Contact us with preferred dates and expected number of participants
-Put up posters and distribute pamphlets along with health assessment
and consent forms
-Find a room that can be used for both immunizations and a waiting
area. The room should contain the following:
-One table with chairs
-Garbage can
- After your booking is confirmed with VON, begin scheduling your
staff for their immunizations; one person every four minutes.
WHEN CAN I HAVE MY FLU CLINIC?
Clinics run from October through November and
later upon request.
Bookings begin in September
HOW DO YOU BILL?
Two ways: An invoice can be sent to your company
after the clinic or individuals can be pay directly at the clinic
and will be issued a receipt. Payment can be made by cheque, cash,
VISA or MasterCard.
