  • You could beFit-in 15! Just 15 minutes of exercise each day will help improve your health.Canada’s Doctors of Chiropractic have set up this easy and manageable program to start the habit.

  • Centenarians (those over 100 years old) were the fastest growing age group in 2009/2010, with the female cohort increasing 9% and the males increasing 13%! Over 90’s were next. A recent StatsCan report tracks trends for Senior Women.

  • An estimated 157,000 works hours are missed each year in Canada as employed caregivers struggle to balance work and caregiving duties. A University of Guelph study is aiming to improve workplace policies. See News Release.
