In Memoriam
Our donors often wish to dedicate their gift to a friend or loved one who has passed away. Families of deceased individuals who wish to make In Memoriam donations to VON should notify the funeral home of their intention. VON Canada will acknowledge all In Memoriam donations with a special letter mailed to the next of kin of the deceased.
Tribute Gifts
Has a VON nurse or volunteer touched your life or that of a loved one in a special way? Would you like to pay tribute to that person in a very personal way?
A Tribute gift is a way to recognize VON providers who go over and above the call of duty in providing care. Your contribution can be made in honour of that person. Tribute donations can be made in any of the forms mentioned above. Best of all, the VON nurse or volunteer that you are paying tribute to will receive notification that a Tribute gift has been made in their honour.
