Wellness and Health-Promotion Clinics

Held in public places such as pharmacies or community events, VON Wellness and Health Promotion clinics offer screening tests and assessment of cholesterol, blood pressure, body-mass index and other indicators of potential health problems.

Workplace Wellness Clinics

Offered either as half-day or "lunch and learn" sessions, these clinics take screening, counselling and health education to the workplace.

They accredit a wide range of health care and social services providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, clinics, and community health programs.
