In-Home Adult Respite
Trained personal support workers and/or volunteers are available to meet the needs of the client and offer the caregiver some relief from the stresses of caregiving for a few hours or shifts of care. Respite may include homemaking services, recreation and stimulation activities.

Caregivers of family members with dementia or other chronic illnesses frequently shoulder the responsibility of care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We can help caregivers by providing a temporary rest from their caregiving responsibilities, giving them time for themselves.
