Passport Program

The Passport Program provides personalized support for adults with developmental disabilities, 18 years of age and older. The program is intended to develop the skills and independence of those supported and enhances community participation.

Why it Matters: 

In Southwestern Ontario, Passport Funding can help adults with a developmental disability participate more fully in their community through independent activities, agency-based support, and support with activities of daily living. This program helps develop independence, social and life skills, and builds a strong support network about each person enrolled.
