Congregate Dining

Congregate dining and entertainment may be available either in the morning, afternoon or evening for seniors and adults with disabilities. Activities are planned with the participants. Health, well-being and social stimulation are promoted. Activities may include music, games or a guest speaker. Most importantly, it’s fun!

Why it Matters:

Often seniors and adults with disabilities become isolated, which is detrimental to their mental and physical health. These programs mix social interaction with nutritious meals, to feed bodies and minds.
