Travel Clinics

VON travel clinics include preliminary consultation, education session, immunizations, and vaccine record (preliminary consultations determine which vaccines are necessary). Vaccines are available for adults and children. Appointments are needed - sometimes at least one month prior to departure as certain travel needles must be given more than once in order to take effect.

Why it Matters:

The Public Health Agency of Canada advises travelers or people living abroad to take appropriate measures to stay safe and healthy. Pre-trip consultation, education and treatment is of great benefit to people with chronic illnesses.
