Virtual Care

The Provinces of Ontario and Nova Scotia have endorsed virtual care visits to reduce barriers and to support client care needs, where appropriate. Virtual Care uses technology to connect VON clients and their care team. Our goal is to remove barriers and provide care that meets our clients' needs and expectations, just as we do face-to-face. Using tools such as phone and video calling, we want to make your care experience easy regardless of distance, location or length of appointment.

If you're a patient looking for information to support your next virtual care appointment, please see our resources section
