VON's nurses, personal support workers, therapists and other health care providers care for Canadians in their homes, communities and workplaces. Search below to find the service that will meet your needs or those of your loved one.
VON’s Supportive Housing Program provides homemaking, personal support and/or attendant services to elderly individuals who live in supportive housing locations and who require services on a 24-hour basis.

Volunteers and paid drivers provide seniors and adults with disabilities transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, adult day programs, and other appointments.

The Vial of Life program stores vital health information including physician and pharmacist contacts, allergies and other medical information in a vial in the refrigerator.

|Volunteer Visiting for Mental Health||
Focused on seniors who have been diagnosed with long-term mental health issues, the volunteer visiting program provides regular weekly visits. Volunteers are extensively trained to meet clients' needs.

Held in public places such as pharmacies or community events, VON Wellness and Health Promotion clinics offer screening tests and assessment of cholesterol, blood pressure, body-mass index and other indicators of potential health problems.
