Fall Prevention Education – Hybrid *on Teams and in-person at VON Adult Day Centre
VON SMART is hosting a fall prevention education session for caregivers! We’ll discuss why fall prevention is important and its impact on healthy aging. We will review the main contributing factors to increased risk of falls and learn about ways we can reduce risks. Lastly, additional resources and program information will be provided for future reference!
